Online Registration Instructions


In the online system you create a user name for each first participating member (coach or player) and then add user names for each additional participant (player or coach). Parents do not need an account unless they are coaching.

Returning user

If you participated or registered in a previous season:
Log into your account and click the "Register" button in your account profile. If you do not remember your username or password, do not create another account, all you have to do is request your username and password from the "Forgot username/password" link on the login page. You will use the same account every season that holds your participation history and information.

New Account Creation

If you did not participate as a player or coach in a previous season then you must create a new account.
DO NOT create another account if you already have one. You will use the same account every season that holds your participation history and information. Getting a "user already exists" error when attempting to create an account, indicates that you have an account already, therefore you need to request your username and password from the "Forgot username/password" link on the login page.

The steps for creating a new account are:


Click on the "Online Registration" button on the Registration page or click on the "Online Registration" in the Important Links menu found on the right side of most pages.

Once you click "Online Registration" you will be forwarded to the Jevin.com website and will see a login screen similar to the one below.

Start by clicking on the “Create New Account” located on the right side of the login page.

Fill out all required fields (denoted with a red asterisk) in User Profile area for the participant (coach or player). If you have multiple participants in a family you will now see them displayed side by side.

Contact Info Screen

When all required information has been entered click the “Next” button at the bottom of the screen. You may enter the optional Emergency Contact information.
When finished, click the "Insert" button to continue with registration.


Now simply step through the following steps to complete registration.


Registration / Options Tab


1. Select a sport for each family member, 
2. Select registration type (player, coach, or none) for each family member. 
3. Select a league from available leagues for each family member.
4. Answer any of the questions the organization requests for each family member.


Registration / Guardians Tab

Enter guardians and contact information for all of the linked players

Registration / Volunteer Tab

Sign up to volunteer for a role for one or more children, if your sports organization offers them.

Registration / Donation Tab

Contribute to the fundraising programs offered by your sports organization.

Registration / Payments Tab

Choose a payment method accepted by the sports organization and submit payment.

Confirmation

This will provide you will a screen that summarizes your charges and registrations. A copy will also be emailed to the primary and secondary email addresses in your account.

This will complete your registration. You can now use the information to access your account as a returning user.
